With a family background in contracting and road transport, Graham was a founding shareholder and Chairman of the former BAS Manufacturing Ltd. As a Lawyer and businessman, Graham brings considerable entrepreneurial experience, management and financial skill to overseeing the strategic development of JB Attachments in New Zealand, Australia and its international markets.

Tim Balemi
Executive Director (New Zealand)
Tim has spent his whole career working with Earthmoving Attachments and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD). He has an operators enthusiasm for all such equipment which, combined with a deep understanding of the engineering dynamics of excavators, has resulted in the development of the world beating JBA Multicoupler and other excavator attachments. When he is not working on HDD, Tim works closely with the JBA design and R&D teams - as well as sourcing top overseas agency attachments - to ensure that JBA products are at the leading edge of Attachments technology.

Simon Balemi
Executive Director (Australia)
Simon grew up with the family contracting and engineering business and like his brother, Tim, has a passion for Attachments and HDD. In 1992 he moved to Brisbane to oversee JB's operations in Australia. Over the years Simon has developed a strong understanding of the Australian OEM, dealer and contractor network and their needs. From his Brisbane base, Simon uses this knowledge to advise and assist JBA's management team in the improvement and development of new products and agencies for Attachments and HDD in the Australian market.

Paul Smolenski
Executive Director (Australia)
Like the other Directors, Paul has a family history in the contracting and road transport industry. In 2009 Paul invested in and joined the management team of JB Attachments, after having recently sold a successful business that he had developed and operated in Victoria over the previous 20 years. Paul applies his strong skill in hands-on operational management and customer relations as he and his management team develop JB Attachments' business network to handle the supply and distribution of Attachments and HDD equipment in Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.

Barry Goodey
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of JB Attachments, Barry coordinates the activities of the JBA team as they work to achieve the company's targets and goals in New Zealand, Australia and other key international markets. Barry brings to the role a strong engineering background and many years of experience in handling engineering projects in New Zealand and overseas at senior management level.

Jackie Teasdale BComCA
Chief Financial Officer
Jackie is CA qualified and has a strong corporate accounting background from her years with Pricewaterhouse and Deloitte where she specialised in strategic financial consulting for companies. Jackie handles all financial and treasury aspects of the company, supervising all JB Attachments team members engaged in accounting, costing and inventory activities in the various states in Australia and New Zealand.

Khali Lake B.Bus (Accounting and Business Management)
General Manager Australia
Khali's background involved coordinating teams in delivering complex products and services to trade, government and retail clients within the building and construction sectors. He has drawn on this experience in working towards the development and expansion of key areas of JB Attachments' operations in Australia. Khali is responsible for the overall administration of the company in Australia, and leads its Attachments division in all aspects of the operation, including sales and marketing, major account management and business development.

Kevin Hawkins CEng(HONS)
Production Manager
Kevin has applied his degrees in Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and management to gaining 12 years experience in production line management with JCB Earthmovers Ltd in the UK and with Fisher and Paykel Appliances Ltd in New Zealand. Kevin is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and inventory supply of all JB Attachments products for NZ, Australia and other international markets.

Adam Franklin
Production Director
Adam has been involved in all aspects of engineering production for over 14 years. As a Director of JB Attachments, Adam has a key focus on managing research and development projects for the company and, also, on complex and special manufacturing projects for customers. As such, he works as part of Kevin Hawkins' production and design team to manage these all important activities of JB Attachments.
